To research on how can we improve the navigation experience on Standard Chartered iBanking app for non-tech savvy users so that they can track their daily expenses and balance easily.
Research on User Insight by interviewing some users and non-users and planning the User Flow.
UI Design
With the Research I gathered, we design on the User Interface that is straightforward with simple steps to make it easy and fast for users. Implement Standard Chartered branding in to the app.
Clean and minimalist design.
Utilise easily recognisable icons to convey information, and clear text for optimal visibility.
